      1. I’m going to attempt replacing one meal with a juicing recipe starting tomorrow. I don’t know if that will be effective, but it’s a start for me! lol I will continue to monitor you, and your mother’s progress, and will be rooting for you guys!

          Thank you Sinny! Your support means alot. Honestly, I think it is a great start to do one juice a day. We did that for a month or two before we actually decided to do a fast. Loading up on that many fruits and vegetables regardless if you do a fast or not is super helpful. Getting tons of micronutrients! Also, a little boost in energy from my experience.Good luck!           1. You’re welcome! I agree with you, even juicing once a day is a start! Unfortunately, once I got home Wednesday night after buying soooo many veggies and fruit, I discovered that my juicer stopped working, out of the blue! However, until I get a new one, I have improvised by cutting up fruit and blueberries and blending them every morning in my food processor 🙂 I will not be defeated!! I will keep you posted for sure, enjoy your weekend!
